在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所主要从事氮化物为主的无机非金属材料科学研究,包括热压氮化硅陶瓷刀具、热等静压氮化硅轴承球、氮化铝高导热基片,自蔓延燃烧合成氮化硅粉末、氮化硅棒晶、Sialon粉末、氮化铝粉末、氮化钛粉末等。

在永利欢乐娱人城新开展研究方向有氮化物荧光材料的研究,超顺磁性纳米氧化铁合成及改性,纳米氧化铁纳米粒子在生物领域的应用研究,包括氧化铁纳米粒子通过血脑屏障、双靶向药物载体治疗肿瘤及磁共振(MRI)对比剂的研究。2019年度广西自然科学三等奖(排名第1),不同修饰的氧化铁纳米粒子在生物医学领域的应用开发。用于时间形态电路的忆阻器器件及电路的研究。

目前研究工作重点:

1. 用于神经网络的忆阻器关键问题研究,研究忆阻器的制备工艺及性能,发现影响忆阻器性能参数不稳定的因素。进一步地制备忆阻器阵列用于神经形态电路的硬件基础。

2. 用于脑-机接口的柔性电极的设计及制备,采用集成电路工艺制备有机/金属布线柔性电极,植入动物脑内检测神经元电位。
